Another new race on the calendar for our Women's program, we can expect to see plenty of attacks over the punchy circuit in Varese as teams look to take advantage of the rolling terrain.

Taking place in the Dutch region of Friesland, Autumnal conditions can make for a particularly weather affected race, especially if the wind blows; but the sprinters will fancy their chances nonetheless.

A route described by the organisers as one for the "Classic Hunters", the climbs in the final third should tempt the climbers and puncheurs into action, looking to distance those with a fast kick.

The final Monument of the season, Il Lombardia, otherwise known as the "Race of the Falling Leaves", takes in a beautiful yet challenging parcours in the Lombardy region of Italy.

The climbs and gravel sections towards the end of the day will no doubt shape the race, with a reduced bunch sprint or an escape group battling for the win equally plausible.

The Development program's last race on the 2023 calendar, Paris-Tours always provides an exciting day of action where the potentially race winning move can go at any moment.

Rounding out the WorldTour campaign, the Tour of Guangxi gives the sprinters one last chance to test their speed while the climbers and puncheurs battle for the overall title.
