Team DSM coach Roy Curvers: “Volta Limburg is a special race for us. Six out of our seven riders at the start are living or have lived at our Aqua-Step Keep Challenging Center, which is super close by. That means the race goes over their second home training roads, which definitely gives us an advantage of knowing the parcours well. All in all that makes this race ideal for a talented mix of riders from our Development and Men’s program. We will be prepared for multiple scenarios with strong cards to play for each of them. With Oscar, we have a finisher who should be able to compete with the best of the race in the hilly parts and if in the end, a bigger group comes together we can always go for a strong sprint option with Tobias or Alberto.”
