Melon and ham
A light starter for a hot summer day – we’ve enjoyed this one at the Tour!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- Serrano ham 40 grams
- Melon 150 grams
- Rucola 20 grams
- Whole wheat bread 60 grams (optional)
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
- Exemple toppings: cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds
Preparation method
- Remove the skin and seeds from the melon
- Serve the melon and ham on a bed of rucola
- Serve with topping of choice, some balsamic glaze and bread
- Enjoy – easy!
